A BEM DA ARTE II - CD


“A Bem da Arte II” (For the Art Sake II) is the second CD released by the Madeira Mandolin Orchestra, the most important musical group of its kind in Madeira Island.

This CD was released in February 1998, by the occasion of 85th anniversary of the association the orchestra belongs to.

It contains 13 musical themes as listed below:

The CD case also contains a 4 page booklet with several information about this orchestra in thwo languages (Portuguese and English), a picture of the Madeira Mandolin Orchestra in 1998, and also large pictures of two Mandolin soloists and the Conductor, and last but not least, a list with all the names of the musicians and the instruments they played.
